We weren’t always induction heater specialists.

 

Before COVID-19 stopped our industries in its tracks, many on the team were professional musicians, retail manufacturers, sound techs, and lighting techs. Our team designed and manufactured special effects equipment, pyro-, and cryogenic gear here in the US. We’ve worked side by side with such talent as Paul McCartney and supported the team on the ground for the 2020 SuperBowl.

 

While on the road, many of us used Dynavaps due to its ease-of-use and versatility – we learned a lot about induction heaters during that time and even toyed with the idea of designing and building our own. We finally got the kick-in-the-keister we needed and went to work building something that would make our old selves smile – we took all of our own needs into consideration when designing the LaunchPad.

The two biggest takeaways from our own experiences?

Build it small – The LaunchPad fits in your pocket!

Give it a long lasting battery – We were able to find a lot of electrical waste and eliminate it. We have also used the same power-cells used in Tesla's power banks.
